Dear fellow citizens of this (mostly harmless) planet

As you know, most inhabitants of our planet would rather not have anyone detonate thermo-nuclear devices anywhere near our solar system. As you may also know, the French government is about to bluntly ignore this general concensus by exploding a series of nuclear bombs under the Mururoa atol in the Pacific. These nuclear tests threaten the health and security of many people.

The people around Mururoa and all over the world have to fight a nationalistic government for Liberty, Equality and Fraternity, once the ideals of the French Revolution.

It is necessary to use all available means to make the French government and military establishment see how serious this situation is.

Therefore we urge everyone who reads this to express their concerns on this matter, from September 1st (World Peace Day) every day at 11.55 hrs (five minutes before noon) local Paris time, by using all available means to disrupt French telecommunications.

Make their ears ring, their fax machines burn out, their telephone systems collapse and their Internet lines glow.

The appendix to this message contains a list of ministries, companies and organisations that stand for the policy of nuclear testing.

Use all possible means of no-cost communication and intelligent handling of technology to avoid excessive financial transactions between you and your local telephone mafia.
